Yoga can help to keep you healthy and happy at all stages of life. For older adults, yoga has been shown to improve balance, confidence and reduce falls*.
This class will be specially planned with the over 60s, particularly those new to yoga or returning after a long break, in mind. Come along to stretch, regain and maintain fitness, relax and socialise with a group of like-minded people.
The class will include yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Luci’s class at The Box are planned specifically for the over 60s and those managing long-term health conditions and are suitable for anyone who might feel a ‘standard’ yoga class is inaccessible to them.
