BOX FIT with Elite Instructor Daz Davies, is a Boxing-for-fitness class that burns calories and promotes toning and weight loss. You can train like a boxer without the contact!
Boxing Training is great for CONDITIONING, improving FITNESS, and reducing STRESS.

This is an awesome High-Intensity Boxing Circuit. A full body workout that increases your heart rate, works’ all your major muscle groups and will teach you boxing techniques.

A very quick hello from me! I’ve been a professional personal trainer and boxing for fitness instructor for 2 years. I believe in always learning in the fitness industry, discovering new skills and finding ways to improve my service.
I love finding different ways to train, my personal training programs include using Weights, HIIT training, Kettlebells, functional training, Boxing fitness training plus so much more. I’m a strong believer that you have to come out of your comfort zone and not plateau when exercising.
I know that barriers in life affect a persons desire to reach their fitness goals. These such barriers can be family commitments, work, nutrition and even sleep. They all have an impact on a persons’ current state of mind; That’s why I achieve some awesome results with my clients, I can relate to their barriers as I have been there.
In addition to my training sessions, I coach my clients throughout their journey. My clients’ goals have been strength & conditioning, weight loss/toning, building self-confidence, seeking new career opportunities & to train without fear.
